Advice to others
Try and do as much as you can, you know, push yourself to do not every day but you know, do something different all the time, if you’re able to, I think that’s made a difference in the fact that we could go out to start with that made a difference

Take each day by day
Just little steps. Take each day, plan it through, get through it, and then move on to the next, the next one. Try not to feel sorry for yourself. Because, you know, that that, you know, that that didn’t help Mum and I, what helped us through was, stay positive, work on a little plan. Make sure it’s achieved that day. And then, and then move on.
